Assault cannon and melta are the most efficient options.

 

On the turret, it's between assault cannon and laser. You can take laser if you already have enough anti-infantry, but it is significantly more expensive so usually there's no spare points to purchase it. Otherwise, assault cannons are just the more generally useful weapon.

 

On the front it is a lot easier. Bolter is very mediocre, specially when you already have assault cannons. The typhoon is just a much worse anti-tank weapon than the melta, so there's no reason to not take the melta instead.

I stick to using laser turret with multimelta. My army is always full of stormbolters to deal with infantry and Raven already has hurricanes. Assault cannon is decent though. Very good at dealig with MEQs and GEQs, can scratch vehicles too by sheer number of shots. But you can do the same with psybolt ammo. With psybolt hurricanes you deal the same damage to everything, just wound GEQs on 3+, not 2+. 

 

Bolter is puny. Good synergy with psybolt hurricanes, but 6 shots are just pathetic. Can scare a Marine unit, though. I won't use it even to save points. Multi-melta is a beast against vehicles. Typhoon is only 4 points cheaper, but can be effective against armies with 5+ invuln vehicles. Frag mode help with hordes.

 

In short, I prefere antivehicle loadout just because GK has very few ranged AV options. If there are lots of Orks and Nids in your meta, assault cannon with Typhoon are better, of course.

The melta is literally twice as good as the typhoon vs vehicles. AP -2 really hurts the missile, and the melta rule is very significant. It's not worth just for the option of killing a couple of guardsmen. If you run out of good targets for the melta you have probably won already.

I'm going with twin las and melta, plus hurricane sponsons. With that loadout plus its missile launchers, you can obliterate a key enemy vehicle or two Turn 1, and still hose down an infantry squad with extra bolter to support your infantry storm bolter dakka.
