bozo69pd
Just finally finished building Morty a few minutes ago. Wow I was not prepared for how fragile those wings feel. Not to mention all of the chains that could snap off so easily. I need to transport him in a rough drive this weekend, what is the best way to do this that guarantees he won't break? I am thinking of a large box filled with cotton balls and then surround him in bubble wrap (so all that cotton doesn't catch on his spikes). I need better ideas. I'm....honestly not sure lol Guess I'd try to do it like with my other models. Put some strong magnets under his base and put it on a metal tray in my box. Bulwyf
This is one of those times I don't think you could get a foam tray for him. I could be wrong, maybe the largest foam tray from sabol or battle foam that you can pluck out would be safe for him. I'm honestly thinking of moving him in a separate box that I just carry around. Bat33.1
It's a common GW issue now with so many armies having large centre piece models that look great but have many fragile parts extending from the main body. Will he fit in the small GW case? You can remove a lot of the foam from them to leave just an outer foam box layer inside the case. Panzer
Definitely a great option for everyone who didn't do anything special with his Mortarion model! bozo69pd
Definitely a great option for everyone who didn't do anything special with his Mortarion model! Yeah I was originally looking to do a conversion like Lagrath's, but I studied the second pose pretty hard and it actually looks pretty cool. I like Lantern a lot anyways. Now I am glad, since it will fit in that foam tray.
