You are looking at 225 Rending nutters with Fearless and Hatred. Having them surround your Titan + Knights will render them immune to any deep striking meltas or chainfists. They will tarpit anything effectively, are scoring and do not confer victory points upon death. The porphyrion and warhound bring far too many pie plates to the table. 

On top of this you will be summoning more twisted chaps on to the field, I managed to summon a Bloodthirster, not that it was needed...

All comes down to your mates and local meta, we had a jolly laugh at this list in play. Obviously if you're fielding this abomination with total strangers you better expect the table to be flipped.

It's actually quite a fluffy list, it was based around the warp cult that followed in the wake of the word bearers on calth.
As brutal as it is, it's a legit list that reflects the horror of a possessed civilian population. Rather than 225 cultists, it describes a horde of 10,000+ in book 5
