All but two super heavy tanks get an extra d6 shots, volcano cannon is 3d3, earthshakers are ap -3, valkyries ignore penalty to move and shoot heavy weapons when hovering, no point increases but a lot of decreases.

Plasma points going up will only change what else I cut out. Still loading up on scion plasma squads. Too good to pass up.
