... it uses plastic glue to assemble. The “alt” imperial lines for events/story-arcs were always metal. At least for the last 20+ years although I can’t speak for pre 2nd or what happened during 7th.

 

New plastics lines of the AM seems a little too good to be true. I think they would at least tied to choke us with Fine Crap first.

If you look under the Talkarn squad which are metal it also says you need plastic glue so this could just be the basic requirements they put on the site for everything.

Its just upselling, when you sell a product, you just link generic stuff to it and attempt to stick what you can, 99% of places do this and use terms like "items you will need" etc trying to make you buy their brand instead of somebody elses.

 

Chances are whoever setup the pages for the metal dudes forgot that plastic glue is bad on metal models, heck, they might not even be somebody who makes models..... I know, that is a horror not worth thinking of but it could be a thing.

Honestly if this means I can get a few more Vostroyan Heavy Teams without the immediate out of stock. I’ll be happy. And that atleast they recognize in model form, Vostroyan and other non-Cadian/Catachan Regiments. If we can plastic too eventually all the better

Yeah. After Kage’s comment I went back and every metal, plastic, or resins guard product checked had the exact same needed items. Talk about super lazy. It was chuckle worthy.
