micahwc
She was in mail when I got home from work today. Took about two hours getting it pinned and assembled, and a couple more hours painting. She came together surprisingly quick and I'm pretty happy with her. She's one of those models that's just a joy to paint.

micahwc
Thanks, skin was all airbrushed over a white/black base coat. First was a really diluted Vallejo pinkish purple color over the whole model, followed by that color mixed with a various combinations of black, red, blue, and cream. The spots on the skin were a happy accident. I accidentally got red paint on her thigh and I tried to remove it, which scraped away the skin underneath. I tried to match the skin tone with wet blending, and I realized by just adding a touch more of either cream, red, or blue I could get tones that were almost identical but slightly different and use them to add spots. The Baal predator turret has been lying in my bits tub for a few years. I put it on the hard floor and stabbed it hard with a pair of heavy steel plyers to cave in the top in a "realistic" manner. I'll add some color to the base. Edited October 3, 2017 by micahwc
micahwc
The red inside the cuts on her skin is micron pen, all metals are sharpy marker.
