Collectors Edition Tactical Objective Markers Size?

I have been searching high and low for an answer and have not been able to find one.

 

I know the collectors edition codexes from 7th edition came with Six metal Tactical Objective markers, but I would like to know what size they are, both diameter and thickness if possible.

 

I'm trying to get some custom ones made and I would like them to be the "official" size.

 

If anyone was lucky enough to have these metal coins could you perhaps measure them for me.
