mertbl
So the wording for MT says that all units must have MT in order to gain the doctrines. Does the exception for advisors and auxilla still apply? Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/340758-mt-detachment-and-auxillas/ Share on other sites
librisrouge
No reason why it shouldn't. Your stormtroopers are welcome to drag along some ogryn and psykers for kicks and giggles. Withershadow
No reason why it shouldn't. Your stormtroopers are welcome to drag along some ogryn and psykers for kicks and giggles. Not sure about this, actually. The general regimental doctrine rules say to refer to the list of exceptions, whereas the Militarum Tempestus subrule does not. So it could be interpreted either way. our_baz
No reason why it shouldn't. Your stormtroopers are welcome to drag along some ogryn and psykers for kicks and giggles. Again not explicitly stated for scions, but it is implied, That auxiliary etc do not count against regimental doctrines (e.g. A MT detachment gets the storm trooper doctrine). But as@withershadow said it can be viewed as open ended. mertbl
That was my thinking as well. Hence the topic. Lol. No reason why it shouldn't. Just a point, but the reference to the list of exceptions is in Parentheses (which would indicate reminder text). Also, it may exist in the main rule because MTs are themselves an exception. librisrouge
Are MT a regimental doctrine? Yes Do Auxilia interfere with regimental doctrine? No I’m honestly confused as to why it’s a issue. Plus, the army wide shot page explains how the MT troops have their doctrine and yet the have Bullgryns in their detachment.
