Not sure about this, actually.  The general regimental doctrine rules say to refer to the list of exceptions, whereas the Militarum Tempestus subrule does not.  So it could be interpreted either way.

Again not explicitly stated for scions, but it is implied, That auxiliary etc do not count against regimental doctrines (e.g. A MT detachment gets the storm trooper doctrine). But as@withershadow said it can be viewed as open ended.

Just a point, but the reference to the list of exceptions is in Parentheses (which would indicate reminder text).

 

Also, it may exist in the main rule because MTs are themselves an exception. :tongue.:

Are MT a regimental doctrine? Yes

Do Auxilia interfere with regimental doctrine? No

 

I’m honestly confused as to why it’s a issue. Plus, the army wide shot page explains how the MT troops have their doctrine and yet the have Bullgryns in their detachment.
