The first thing that stands out to me is that you're running Pride of the Legion and you only have one squad each of Terminators and Veterans. If your opponent kills those two units then they gain 2 extra victory points immediately...

 

What are your tactics for this army?

 

Also, which unit is the Vigilator joining?

A lot of weapon choices could use improvement. Conversion beamer on a Contemptor is not good. Also why no dagger for Praetor to get him +1A with paragon blade? And how does your Veteran squad cost that much?

 

Headhunters are extremely overpriced, I'd go with Seekers instead.

 

Skyhunters are not good for melee, a jetbike Command squad with Praetor could do.

555 pts. sunk into HQ seems like a lot at this points level.

 

Do you really need two Masters of the Legion ?

 

Also, your list could do with some more focus. As it is it's very diverse (not necessarily a bad thing), but not precisely outstanding good at anything.
