I think Dominions still have value as an alpha strike unit, especially if your enemy's primary anti-tank is cc based. Scout 12" up and either melta something big turn one or hope your opponent blows it up at the end of the shooting phase or in CC and then next turn you can AoF shoot and then shoot again.

 

They're the best anti-tank/monster unit we have: more shots at greater range than Seraphim, more damage (and usually shots) than an Exorcists. Oh, and if you want to take a Multimelta Immo, the Dominions can get it into a good fire position pre-game so that it can start shooting turn 1 without moving.

I like multimelta retribs for anti tank... either faith move them to get in range without taking the -1, or if already in range, shoot twice with 4 multis. The 24” range is much more effective than needing to be in 12” like last edition for the real effect.
