Frater Cornelius Posted November 25, 2017 Share Posted November 25, 2017 Well, a naked Sicaran costs 155pts, not counting the mandatory HB. A naked AutoPred costs 130pts. For 25 additionl points you get better mobility due to Assault and 2" additional movement, 3 more wounds and a weapon with a constant amount of shots, but only 2D, with bonus against <Fly> units, as well as a bigger chassis that isn't as easy to hide. It it worth it? Well, the Sicaran is undercosted now, but statistically, the AutoPred is still better at busting TWC and Paladins. The Sicaran is marginally better at killing T7 3+ Vehicles now. Not very good balacing, but FW has always been pay-to-win, so that's nothing new. The Lords of War are off the table now though, that's good. There is still the chance that the SM version of the Twin Accelerator Cannons cost something whereas the Chaos Sicaran is more expensive. No idea why, but the image doesn't confirm anything. It is pretty obvious now and outside of some fluke, we are stuck with even more useless Preds now. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
