twopounder
I did a search and didn't find this anywhere in this board or even the rumors (surprisingly). I just stumbled upon it. Odd that it would be in Japan first and not NZ like normal: https://www.games-workshop.com/en-JP/Space-Marines-Primaris-Chaplain Its actually geared up to be a very nice I-C right out of the box. I'd have to replace the mace head with something more Dark Angel. Same with the power pack. Is anyone else looking into getting one? ephrael
That model has been out for a couple of months now and it’s very nice. I would definitely recommend picking one up. Aradiel
Those primaris characters look good, but at 30 Euros for one mono-pose, no extra bits model, specially considering that a 5 man primaris intercessors squad costs 25 or a 10 man costs 45? No. Nope. Hell will have to freeze over before i buy one and i do not believe in hell. For some reason Primaris Chaplain didn't return anything in the search 0.o Anyway, I paid the mighty tithe for the newer Interrogator-Chaplain, which I absolutely love so much I haven't even dared put it together yet. I did find this kitbash though - I like most of those asthetics more. I agree, $35 is steep for a generic model, so I would have no choice but to heavily customize it. Bryan Blaire
That kit-bash is from a Primaris Librarian, not sure that makes more sense that just buying the Primaris Chaplain. The model has been out for a while and the rumor thread about it can be found in the N&R section. You can find it on GW easily by just searching "Chaplain" there. Why it didn't come up when searching for "Primaris Chaplain" is probably due to the site not using algorithms properly or something in the background not being labeled properly with metadata. It's a nice model all said, but I agree, the Crozius needs some work. Chaplain Raeven
Lostrael has the new Chaplain with an epic paintjob. Her work almost made me purchase one myself. Lostrael
I totally agree that the model cost to much. But... Cannot resist a chaplains smile... must be some hypno indoctrination. Tried to cut my sweets and cookie supplies to compensate. The Crozius is easy adjustable, the weapons head is separate. The Librarian and Apothecary are also quite nice. Perhaps buying them second hand is an option. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/341212-primaris-chaplain/#findComment-4929351 Share on other sites
