Sizes of Terminator and Vanguard Vet Storm Shields

I'm looking to acquire some Assault Terminators for my Black Templars and have been considering picking up the Storm Shields from Forge World, and the thought just struck me that I might be able to convert the spare Terminator Storm Shields from the set to fit on my Vanguard Veterans who have been gathering dust for a little while.

 

Could anyone possibly get me a size comparison between the Storm Shields in the Assault Terminator set and those in the Vanguard Veteran set?

I think the TDA shileds are a bit small on the terminators. On PA marines they should look OK, however the part also includes the hand which is too big for PA marines. so you woulf have a bit of work to do, if you use them on regular marines.

True. I'm getting the Terminators regardless, so I guess I'll just have to see for myself.

Vanvet box contains 4 and is probably the same price as the FW shields?
