Im painting some daemons of Slaanesh to go with my Emperor's Children army, but i have one doubt...

 

Are the summoned units considered reserves? so do they have to enter in turn 3 at max?

No they aren't reserves. You can summon them any time. Tho it should rarely happen that you still have points left for summoning after turn 3 I'd say. ^^

Just another question... You have to start with at least half the points of your army on the table, and you must have the points aside to what you summon, so for a 2000 pts army with 500 points reserved for summoning, do you have to start with 1000 pts on the table or 750 pts

You don't have to start with half of your points on the table. You have to start with half of your unit on the table. That's quite a difference. ;)

And since the points you put aside for reinforcements are just points instead of already fix units, those of course don't count towards that rule.
