tychobi
There are things you can do to be more positive/interesting to play against. It saddens me to see very little emphasis placed on sportsmanship. In the old days if your opponents did not enjoy their experience you had no chance of winning best overall and best general was a secind tier trophy. History aside being an enjoyable opponent is a skill you can practice and improve that has many benefits on and off the gaming table. Tell jokes, find something to compliment in your opponents army, shake hands, bribe with candy/beer/swag, smile!, compliment your opponents successes and be gracious about your own. Commiserate in terrible rolls and don't cry about your own. Fun is contagious. Be the virus!
