Can the Raptors Chapter use Strike from the Shadows?

Can Raptors use sfts or is it RG specific?  I only ask since they are a successor chapter and didn't know if they would be able to use it or not.

Maybe I came off the wrong way... I was asking because in 6th edition FW released specific rules for them. I just reviewed though and they had the same tactic as RG in 6th per the FW sheet. I was probably confused this morning... it was a cold ride into work and not enough coffee

It does say "RAVEN GUARD INFANTRY" in the description, so, maybe?

Raptor are a Raven Guard successor. Therefore, as per GW ruling about successors, they can. It's in the codex.

Aye, by choosing a different chapter, such as Raptors, you just lose access to RAVEN GUARD special characters (well, only if you were using Lias Issodon, as otherwise you are literally just RAVEN GUARD).
