What about Primaris Red Hunters?

Any folk able to verify if the Red Hunters space marine chapter would use primaris space marines? Would grey knights/ordo malleus work with red hunter primaris?

And the GK would work with anyone if it ment stopping Chaos. ;)

Absolutely no reason that red hunters wouldn’t use them.

 

Just trust me, until Chapter Approved you might be frustrated. Start out small. Enjoy the good stuff before subjecting yourself to the whole line (like I did)

I strongly agree. Red Hunters are a codex following chapter, and according to new RG doctrine every chapter can have new primarines. So don't worry, there's nothing that can stop you by taking primaris for RH chapter and ally them with GK.

thanks for the reply guys. I am probably one of the few gk players that think some of the primaris are pretty cool, especially the primaris librarian and that grav tank. I'm thinking of getting some and using them as allies alright.

I have a large Red Hunters army and am painting Grey Knight, Deathwatch and Inquisition detachments to use with it. According to the guys at the local GW store Primaris space marines can be used with Red Hunters and Deathwatch, but I've yet to buy any.

Got a deal on 6 Inceptors from the Dark Imperium box set so have added them to my Red Hunters army, which was lacking in Fast Attack units other than Landspeeders. I can see them providing fire support for Vanguard vets with jump packs.
