6 Crisis suits total, over 50 infantry, 2 HQ, 3 vehicles and all the drones you could ask for. I've magnetized the drone top "hats" with the weapon / sensor bottom that gets plugged on the stick stand, so that the customer has full choice what to field in 8th. All weapons and wargear on Crysis Suits were also magnetized.

Very basic paintjob, minimalistic, but that's what the customer wanted and could afford. Some of the things (Crysis and their weapons, drones) are just examples, the customer took away a metal cookie box full of those things.

I'm pretty fond of the, as someone else described it, Commodore64 plastic color :biggrin.:

Fine job done here, Kastor! Looks like a well done commission, and I know you said it’s what the patron could afford, I think that aircraft could use some subtle underbelly “camo”.

I’d also like to know how you did the colors, they look really nice, but not something I’m immediately finding familiar. It seems maybe like Rakarth Flesh with a wash or even old Dheneb Stone (maybe too tan for Dheneb)?

Great work Krieg, yeah it has that Amstrad, Commodore 64 look to it doesn't it    all you needed was a little stripe marking somewhere of red, yellow, green and blue :biggrin.:

It's hard to do justice sometimes when the customer only has so many dollar$ to spend but it looks like you did well with what you had

Your Basic lenses really pop well so kudo's for that !!

it must look good as a whole army on the table top...that was a lot to paint !!

Cheers, Mithril

Thanks, that's very kind :smile.:

I'm really happy with the lenses, yeah. I've found out that basically you can get away with three colors (basecoat dark, "new moon" bright" and a white dot) as long as you get the angle right (about 250 degrees if that was a compass face?) and are not afraid of actually making a round but slightly larger white dot. Then indeed it does pop nicely and with little effort. Gotta cut those corners whereever you can and still make your customer happy with whateever they can afford :biggrin.:
