Can Secutarii be used in a Legio Cybernetica Detachment?

Rules say they can be used in Tahgmahta and Ordo Reductor Variant.

Does that exclude Cybernetica? Or not as it's not explicitly stated?

I think you need to use an allied detachment, but I don't have my book handy. The new HH rulebook will have all available combinations in it, right?

Secutarii are just a unit in the army list, I just wasn't sure if Cybernetica forbade their use.

Even if you could you would only be able to take 1 unit of secutarii as they are only compulsory troops if you've got a titan in the same detatchment.
