i braced my arms against the bench made sure it was focused on the mini and turned the exposier down to its lowest setting.

sponging and then picking out the rivits (omg this took forever) couple of layers of matt varnish next is adding the tracks and then weathering powders and then gloss/matt varnishes.

Chimera's looking good, the chipping in the unit designation on the turret is a nice touch.

Amazing stuff! I'd love to see all the finished models together that you've done so far all in one shot. It'll help to give us some perspective, because I recently switched from Imperium to Chaos. :P

You're omitting the lasgun arrays? Is this for aesthetic reasons, i.e., you just don't like the way the tank looks with lasguns sticking out the sides like porcupine quills? Or do you plan to put boltguns in the lasguns' place, or write your own rules for firing ports?

i dislike the look of the lasgun firing port weapons they are abit crap these days. So its just aesthetic reasons fluff wise "some gak pulled the las guns and welded places over the ports."
