The angle of the neck seems kinda strange, but also reminiscent of European Medieval art I think. I agree the chestplate looks pretty different from the models.

 

The biggest part is, it’s proper Order of the Ebon Chalice colors! Black armour, white robe with red lining, red bolter casing and everything! Would be disappointing to have art labeled as Saint Dominica that doesn’t follow the color scheme for her Order :D

Beautiful but innacurate: the Sabbath-pattern helmet was developed in M38 when Alicia Dominica was long dead.

 

Historical inaccuracy is practically a hallmark of real-world stained glass. There is so much stained glass depicting stuff from the 10th, 11th, 12th century where the people involved are wearing 16th century full plate whereas in real life they would have been wearing chain mail. So I think it's actually fitting.
