Redfinger
Anyone using Primaris Marines as truescale tacticals? I am planning on doing this. Trying to decide what to do for transport. Use the repulsor's and convert them to rhino/razorback. Or, convert rhino's to add some height and bulk to them. Just curious what those of you who are using Primarus as true Scale what you are doing for transports? Redfinger
That is some interesting work. I am hoping to have a max of 6 Razorbacks and tanks at one point. That is going to be a lot of work. I may have to see if I can build some masters and make some copies of specific conversion parts to speed things up. Isengrin
I tried my hand at a similar conversion a couple years ago for my Night Lords. It scales nicely with true scale marines and primaris and looks like a transporter that can actually hold a ten-man squad. Duplicating it and building a little fleet of those is a considerable time sink though, so if you have the means to mold the necessary parts you should absolutely do that. It will save you a tremendous amount of hours. If you want to go with converting a rhino, one of the more notable examples to look up is the work of Markus here. Grotsmasha
That is some interesting work. I am hoping to have a max of 6 Razorbacks and tanks at one point. That is going to be a lot of work. I may have to see if I can build some masters and make some copies of specific conversion parts to speed things up. Casting would save a bunch of time. The only plasticard bits I did was the front plate, top hatch mounting point, and the rear hatch surrounds, and some spacers behind the smoke stacks to fit the LR exhausts. If you'd like some more angles of it finished I can grab some, also bitspudlo (sp?) on eBay have the perfect "true scale" Razorbafk turret pieces, I'll dig up a kinky for you :tu: Cheers, Jono Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/341748-true-scaleprimarus-transport-options/#findComment-4950518 Share on other sites
