Both of the relics do, really, but I already am making some heavy use of banners in my last few games and a 5+ fnp bubble is incredible. However, I am wondering what is functionally different between the DC rule and the Warlord trait since they are different enough that it needed to state that the two do not stack. Seriously good even with a barebone captain with a sotmrbolter. Upon wings of fire ! Wierdly enough the FNP banner makes me want to play terminators again with a terminator ancient and hammer/shield.
