Cleon Posted December 3, 2017 Share Posted December 3, 2017 If you just mean 'How would I create a chapter I could use as either", then livery wise I'd go very dark red, chapter icon a bird head with blood drops for eyes. Game wise if you wanted a force to use as either I'd say you can't really, the Blood Angels traits and bonuses all relate to getting close, but the Raven Guard want to keep their distance for the cover bonus.
