Apothecaries go with the outriders. I'm not looking for anything super competitive but I don't want to get my butt whooped every time either. I'm trying to have this be reusable in 40k as well.

Not much else to comment on man. Looks pretty good!

 

From what I can tell, you have around 100 points still to spend. Your Outriders are anti-MEQ, so maybe give their Apothecaries Calibanite war blades? Similarly, your Scimitars are anti-TEQ, so as much as Mastery of the Blade is cool, I'd probably go for power axes (and combat shields, because why not?). With everything else being anti-Tank, you should be good there. I wouldn't bother with the defensive upgrades on the Xiphon though - they're very situational, and if he gets hit with a lascannon, he's going down either way.
