The_son_of_Dorn
Depends on the circle of influence. When we stop and look at how Horus was indeed corrupted, It was because of his own insecurities. He was so easily offended and led astray by insults or the undermining of his command/strategy. Especially when that Jerk Erebus was involved. Now considering the "worst" candidates for the Job may consist of Angron for his state of Savagery, Curze for his utter instability and Pertuabo for his almost childlike self exuberance with regards to cold logic, IF they were given command of a force the size of Hour's traitor Army with no rivalry or other primarchs/ego's to stroke or contain, I bet they would of wreaked far worse Havoc on the Imperium that what Horus did. If only because their purpose would of been to destroy, not overthrow.
