Strikes versus Sternguard

Because I keep getting drawn to the synergy Raven Guard / Raptors have. So a comparison of alphs ds shooting.

 

Strikes are 10 man with a GM for rerolls.

 

Raptors are 10 man with Lias and Leuitenant for rerolls. Lias has Storm of Fire warlord trait and the comparison includes the 1CP strat Masterful Marksmanship.

Edit. There's always the option of Company Veterens instead. Who with Storm Bolter and Power Weapon are only 1 point more expensive than Strikes.

 

But can get reroll 1s to wound from Leuitenant. And while only D1 instead of D d3, have the same number of attacks in CC as falchions.

 

And RG -1 Hit can be explained as a very fluffy Shrouding. ;)
