I don't know if this is particularly interesting to anyone, but a quick comparison of the ordering of the host from 7th to 8th edition codexes, ignoring things that aren't comparable (lieutenants, new primaris / tank units etc).

As expected, our fleet (and serfs) has taken a battering, but we're beefed up on scouts and dreads. The librarius is also looking unusually healthy.

It is cool to see these numbers post Devastation of Baal. Especially after reading that book, you'd think most everything with a blooddrop on it should be dead 2 times over.

 

I am curious how Primaris marines are reinforcing existing companies and it what numbers/roles. Are there companies that are mixed between insanguinated marines and primaris marines? Are there companies of only insanguinated marines and only companies of primaris marines?
