LF Parts: "Huge Space Marine" (Solved!)

Hey,

 

This could be a simple thing for some people, but I've been very lost remembering where the hell these pieces came from. They don't seem to be saved in my ebay history, but I want the rest of them! Once I know what they're from, I can begin the hunt for the remaining pieces.

 

I "thought" it was some form of limited edition mini, or an old Primarch, but after searching I'm at a loss. So here's an image, with a Khorne Berserker for scale. It has no chapter markings, but I recall it possibly being an Ultramarine, Imperial Fist, or Crimson Fist (searched for all of that and stuff like old Calgar, Guilliman, etc, but nothing seemed to come up). I could just be being blind though.

(Edit: Oof, he's an expensive Son of a Tau for the full figure... will have to just keep an eye on ebay for the single pieces at cheap rates!)
