It's covered in the Imperial Armour Astartes FAQ - I don't know if the digital version has been updated to include it. In short, anything with <chapter> can be from any marine chapter (including BA, SW, DA and Deathwatch) but not Legion of the Damned or Grey Knights.

Assuming the index has not been updated, there are a number of other errata in the FAQ.

Another thing to lookout for is while the Space Marine codex has rules for contemptor dreadnoughts, the Imperial Armor contemptor dreadnought is not the technically the same thing. In Imperial Armor they have rules for a Relic Contemptor Dreadnought and actually comes with some extra abilities and comes with a higher point cost. So when building your list using things between the codex and the armor. And that if I remember correctly, Chapter Approved has some point updates for a lot of vehicles and weapons in the Imperial Armor book.

Chappter Approved does indeed update a lot of the point costs, the Sicaran variants and Fire Raptor are far cheaper for example.

Mind me asking how much? I use my Sicaran pretty much every game but me and my friends haven't bought Chapter Approved yet. This might make me buy it. :laugh.:

My Sicaran with Accelerator Auto Cannon, Las Cannon Sponsons and Heavy Bolter used to be 290.

After Chapter Approved it's 215 - a Bargain!

That's undercosted, IMO. Awesome for now but I'm sure we'll see an adjustment eventually.

Who needs a Predator when they can have a Sicaran? Only people who won't go FW, that's who!

It's not undercosted at all, but it's definitely competitively priced. The relic limitations cost you extra points for example.

I frequently can't include a Sicaran because I don't rate many of the elite options in the book.

Yeah, I am waiting for my forgeworld Sicaran Omega Tank Destroyer and Salamanders Contemptor Dread (running it as a relic contemptor for my chapter, completely worth the extra points for bonus abilities) to come in.

For base 170 points, the Sicaran Omega is competitively priced compared the Predators, and not as point consuming as a land raider. It does a good job at bridging the middle ground between the rhino chassis and the land raider chassis.

That's fair. I always forget to consider relic status.
