GAZ_AV_NZ
If a vehicle disengages from combat can it use smoke launchers? My understanding is as it is an ability used in the shooting phase If you cannot shoot from disengaging you cannot use I was unable to find clarity on the matter If I have combi weapons on SG can I split fire with special weapon ie melta on one unit And bolter part on a separate unit? This is -1 to hit due to using them like this Thanks for your help Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/342969-rules-check-for-smoke-on-vehicles-and-sternguard-shooting/ Share on other sites
Sword Brother Adelard
The smoke launchers point was covered in either the FAQs or the Designers notes. You can use them if you fall back I believe. CCE1981
Smoke Launchers only require that you didn’t fire, it doesn’t matter that you could not. A combi-weapon is a single weapon, so both profiles need to fire at the same target.
