Does the combo work? Dev Marine with Heavy Bolter fires, spend command point for Hellfire Round, fire and reload with Cherub, will this give you 2 Hellfire rounds in a turn?

In matched play a stratagem can only be used once per turn so I'd say no.

Aside from that, the Hellfire Round strategem's write up says that the model can only make a single hit roll with the weapon 'this phase'. So you couldn't use the cherub to fire a Hellfire Round again, nor, arguably, fire regular rounds either. Edited January 6, 2018 by Brother Adelard
