Anon Posted January 7, 2018 Share Posted January 7, 2018 Hi, just played against my Death Guard friend and lost. In this game he summoned a unit of possessed. At first I was very surprised, but after looking in the rules nothing stated that it could not be done. So my question is, is this true. Can possessed be summoned? Panzer Posted January 7, 2018 Share Posted January 7, 2018 (edited) Possessed can't be summoned, they are lacking the special rule (Daemonic Ritual). Only the units in the Chaos Index/soon Daemon Codex have the required special rule. You can't just do anything in 40k. Rules have to explicitly allow you to do things, not the other way around.
