Mortarion having Warptime, posssible?

Well this got brought up on a Death Guard FB group by someone who I have actually played before and I have to say I was sceptical at first but the more I think about it I can't seem to find a point that actually disagrees with it. We all know that if you take a second dettachment of CSM you get access to the CSM strategems as well as the DG ones with certain ones affecting both due to mostly everything in DG having Herectic Astartes.

Now look at the wording on the Strategem Chaos Familiar

"Select a friendly Herectic Astartes Psyker this model may replace any of its Psychic powers with a power of your choice from the Dark Herecticus powers"

Mortarion has Herectic Astartes and is a Psyker, so by that wording (plus the FAQ regarding strategems affecting both CSM and DG) as long as you have a second dettachment of CSM you can give Mortarion Warptime due to sharing Keywords through the chaos Familiar strategem. This would also mean you can use this for any of our other Psykers like DPs, Typhus or even Plague casters since everything has Herectic Astartes as well

Does this sound right and is an actual way of giving Mortarion Warptime or am I missing something??? As the more the guy is arguing it the more I seem to actually believe him

You know what's crazy about the actual example they give?

 

I always use Walking Dead Strat. Most often I use it to expend the lives of my Cultists. Now if I take a fat blob and I turn a good 10-15 into zombies, then recycle them as a full 20 dudes again... wow that has some potential. I may have to try this.
