Just the 3+. You can never take more than one armor or invulnerable save, but you can take more than one “Feel no Pain”-style save (i.e. the Iron Hands Chapter Tactics combined with the Warlord trait that lets you ignore wounds on a 6+).

Only the 3++. For further reference, this comes from the 'invulnerable save' section next to the 'resolve attacks' part of the shooting rules (pg 181 in mine)

 

You can take either the normal save, or the invulnerable save which isn't affected by the weapon's AP, whichever you prefer. (normally, you'd take the better one!) You can also only choose one invulnerable save if you have several - so in this case, you'd always use the 3++ storm shield in preference to his 4++ iron halo, and choose the storm shield over his normal 2+ save from attacks with AP-2 or higher. (AP0 attacks, you're better off using his normal save!) Mortal wounds cannot be saved by either.

 

'feel no pain' style defences, i.e. ones which come from abilities or traits which kick in when a unit takes a wound are taken after a failed saving throw, even against mortal wounds - such as the Blood Angels black rage on a 6.
