SkimaskMohawk
Yea I have a feeling GW underestimated how good falling back from combat is. You don't get attacked in your turn and are free to shoot them again. Why not leave all the time you can Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/343673-lord-of-contagion/page/2/#findComment-4999425 Share on other sites
Panzer
Really depends on the army and the units. If I'm not in a clear disadvantage in melee and don't have any other unit nearby that can and wants to shoot at the opponents unit I'm in melee with, then falling back isn't a good idea and I'll stick in melee. Happens mostly with elite armies to be fair. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/343673-lord-of-contagion/page/2/#findComment-4999483 Share on other sites
Commissar K.
Holding objectives would be the prime reason right? But for Plaguemarines and such, yeah make use of it if it is helping you. Poxwalkers and such remain great choices to not fall back for example. SkimaskMohawk
Yes, obviously you're going to stay with your melee unit if you have the advantage...
