But for Blood Angels, Upon Wings of Fire and Descent of Angels make Inceptors far far far better than in a vanilla SM army. Descent of Angels can let you get into the safety of melee and tri-lock someone. Upon Wings of Fire lets you essentially alpha strike for a second time if your opponent doesn't kill them immediately. Pendent Posted January 31, 2018 Share Posted January 31, 2018 To be clear, I'm on the same page as you guys in that I'd much rather have plasma Inceptors than any flavor of hellblaster. You get basically every advantage you'd have by using a Repulsor to protect your hellblasters with the added bonus of placing them where you want them and then being able to redeploy for a single CP. I was just pointing out that if you're already taking hellblasters anyways there are some situational strengths to taking them in a Repulsor.
