General Chaos Detachment and Psychic

If I take a general Chaos Battalion Detachment consisting of:

 

Sorcerer

Poxbringer

Nurglings

Plaguebearers

Plaguebearers

 

I would NOT get any CSM Strats / Artifacts / Traits / Warlord nor Daemon Strats / Artifacts / Locus / Warlord but the Sorc would still have access to the full (all six powers) DH Psychic table and the Pox would still have access to the full Nurgle Daemon Psychic table, correct?

Psychic powers are not dependant on detachments.

Nor are warlord traits or the free relic. Both depend only on the faction of your warlord; so if your CSM sorcerer was the warlord he could take a CSM trait plus a CSM relic that would have to go to a CSM character (in this case, only the sorcerer himself)

 

In this particular case, I'd still aim to put the sorcerer some place else (such as an auxiliary support detachment); that way you could take full advantage of nurgle daemon detachment rules for the rest. Depends what the rest of your army is made up of, of course.
