Deathstrikes always were kind of like vindicators for me.... Everyone always over reacts to them because they remember that one time it wiped entire units off the board, but in most games they really don't do much at all.

It's not always rubbish, but yes in this case it is.

If you could still put down a huge great template so that you're bound to hit something, it would be fun at least. As it is even IF it fires it feels like a cartoon nuke, where the missile would stick in the mud at someone's feet leaving them quivering with fear, only for a little flag to come out the top with the word "bang" on it.

Also there's zero chance of a Danger Close blast shot accidentally hitting your own men these days, and it doesn't feel like the Guard without that. :P
