Laughingman
How compatible are the blood angels/death company dreadnought bits with the regular old space marine dreadnought kit? Interested in using the death company front plate, with a regular dreadnought frame, but have no idea about compatibility. The idea is to create a Heresy era Dark Angel dreadnought similar to the one featured here https://www.reddit.com/r/Warhammer40k/comments/7suf7p/i_converted_a_death_guard_dreadnought_this_is/#bottom-comments Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/343963-blood-angelsregular-dreadnought-kitbash/ Share on other sites
Major_Gilbear
I think the various kits for the 40k boxy dreadnoughts are all very compatible with each other (that's the regular dread, the venerable dread, the BA Furioso/Librarian dread, and the SW dread). Whilst more obvious components like whole arms or feet are basically swappable between the kits, other parts like sarcophagi and weapons may need a little bit of trimming to fit. You can have look at pictures of the sprues if you want to have a see for yourself: Dreadnought and Furioso. :) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/343963-blood-angelsregular-dreadnought-kitbash/#findComment-4999380 Share on other sites
