Primaris: What vehicles do they have access to?

WHICH is getting into discussion that has been well worn in other threads, even in Astartes forum.  Thus is skirting "off-topic" territory (besides tickling various conspiracy theories).  Humbly speaking.

I certainly want all the Infantry to be basically the same size so all Primaris for me. Thinking about it though there's no great issues with using some of the larger vehicles (I don't want my Infantry dwarfing my tanks particularly!)

From a monetary standpoint I understand why GW won't allow them to use rhinos and the like, but from a lore perspective it's a vast waste of resources. Then again, the Dark Imperium is real wishy washy with the STCs and stuff so maybe it could be GeeDubs pushing for a infantry base like Horus Heresy before they started cranking out the bfgs.
