What are your thoughts?

 

I have the original model and just finished painting the new GW model (which looks better with some paint on it) but I might still grab this as I think it looks cool.

Eh, like a lot of 3rd party Nurgle stuff, it looks overdone to me. And not in the way people think the new plastic deathguard stuff is busy, but more of a 'I didn't know when to lay off the greenstuff' kinda busy. Edited February 17, 2018 by TURBULENCE

Not a fan of most 3rd party stuff, including this one. Too chunky. For what it’s worth, I don’t like the new GW typhus much either.

I agree, I prefer the old one over the new one.

I really like him. I think the angle on the scythe blade looks off but I'll see when I have him and if need be adjust it

Okay, THAT is cool. Unfortunately, WAY too big but would be a cool model to just paint.

Soooo, am I the only one that likes Wargame Exclusive models?

 

I am getting one, I like it way better than the new plastic one and I rather not look for the old one (which is probably more expensive at this point if I have to look for it on eBay).

Yeah... like I said in the N&R thread, its' proportions are just all over the place and it makes it look sloppy. That and there's so much on the model it looks cluttered.

I like it so will grab one down the line.  I doubt I will use it as I have the new model which I think is fine.  

 

I wouldn't waste your money looking for the old one...it is far too small now compared to the rest of the new range.  New PM's are the same size as the older model and the new terminators, esp deathshroud just dwarf him.

That's also what I imagined, old-Typhus probably looks tiny now compared to the rest of the DG models.

I am at work currently so cannot post a picture, but there is a size difference between them.

 

I just plan to strip my old resin model down and then repaint him later on - although my painting is not great, it has improved since I painted the original model.
