Droppods are too expensive and also not much can be delivered by them in this games (marines lack strong cc units, and termies have their own deep strikes), also half deep strike cap is annoynig. In this edition you have just small benefits to be faster in close combat... (dont come to near with full transports - because so you getting surrounded) but in previous editons a rhino was unstable then its men in it - now a rhino is a real tank.
