Blakklist
Alright so I play mainly CSM. I am wanting to start an allied Detachment to give more cheap cannon fodder (brimstones) and for the psychic phase. I know the two models are 50pt difference. Is it worth it? Which will give me more bang for my buck because I can only buy one. Thanks for your help Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/345069-lord-of-change-or-kairos-fateweaver/ Share on other sites
Quixus
How about buying the kit and seeing if the different versions can be magnetized? I don't have the model so I cannot say whether that will (easily) work. Progenitor
I have the model and while I didn't think that it could be magentised, now I've put it together I'm more convinced that it could be. If you're not making it your Warlord then I'd probably go with a LoC, you only get 3 powers but you get a more potent melee monster out of it. With a Warlord you can make use of his ability to generate extra command points which is costed into his kit anyway and the bonus of getting the entire Lore of Tzeentch to play with. Also, bear in mind that while Brimstones are still cheap, now that they only have a 6+ invun they're less soaky than they used to be.
