Trystram
As part of building a list I was trying to work out how many Bullgryns I can have in a squad at LD8 before morale test causalities becomes an issue. I did a lot of searching around for some kind of tables or reference sheet to help out, but I couldn't find anything. So I put together a Quick Reference Sheet for Leadership 4 -10 and effects of morale test on casualties. Don't hesitate to let me know if my math is off or any other issues. Trystram
So from the table you can see the base unit of 3 Bullgryns is essentially fearless. This helped me re-adjust my list as I was thinking of taking a leadership buff unit with them and now with this knowledge I can spend these points elsewhere like maybe more Bullgryns. A unit of 5 is pretty solid as well since you need to take 3 casualties before there is a chance of losing an additional unit. Taking out 3 Bullgryns in one go is no mean feat. Colonel Cross
This is good to know, thanks for posting. Bullgryn are in a difficult spot with that because you want a big unit to take advantage of buffs like Take Cover! Or Nightshroud, etc. But at the same time you don't want to be taking Leadership casualties. We always have those 2 leadership Stratagems in our back pocket. Trystram
Agreed...I think 5 is the sweet spot with decent enough size for 1 unit and supported by Primaris and Priest.
