what would be your 750pt list?

Greetings all, I've been thinking of playing some smaller games, that being said I've come up with a rough 750pt list, this one is toys before boys. But I'm thinking of reversing that. It seems like we don't get as much on the table as some other chapters? Or that could just be my lack of experience when it comes to list building. but I am wondering what would you field for 750pts?

Hm.

 

I would consider, if you have the option, more bodies, although, that can become seriously expensive.

 

All Infantry models get Frag and Krak Grenades.

 

HQ:

WGBL, Frost Axe, Storm Shield

 

Troops:

GH Pack (As many as you can take, plus the below)

While not ideal, one thing that seems to be of serious concern this edition is the general lack of PA SM units taking casualties; that typed, sometimes not having enough bodies to protect from bad Morale saves might also contribute to that problem, as well. Still, correlation is not causation; still worth considering, overall.

 

Points values being what they are, there are reasons to keep the Razorbacks you have, as, with the firepower presented in your initial list, you have six Heavy Bolter shots from each Razorback.

750 you can pack Bjorn with 1 or 2 shield dreads and fill out how you desire.

 

Your non dreads go in reserve and prioritize heavy weapon teams

 

Bjorn with lascannons can counter vehicles

 

Bjorn and a shield dread will be extremely difficult to deal with after that
