The announcement at the very end in this Warhammer Community article:

GW announcing this almost a year in advance, indicates they understand this release is quite over due..

Nice, really looking forward to it, and give me plenty of time to plan and save up. :)

And soup it is for the rest of the year! The Emperor rewards the penitent! :)

I don't play Sisters, but Plastic Sisters of Battle is something I'm very interested in, as I've had a side-project for my Khorne Daemonkin involving female models. So that announcement has me very excited.

This heresy would normally prompt immediate prometheum cleansing but we are selfishly happy for your project to be back on track :D

already have a range of metal sisters, but still looking forward to upgrading to plastic sisters once they come out. plastic is so much easier to paint than metal, especially when I dont have to worry about it chipping off the second I set the mini down.

I got the notice from a friend attending Adepticon -- he told me before the preview started that the big rumor was "plastic Sisters" and I told him, "Man I've told you before, they could be putting Sisters on the shelves and I still wouldn't believe it."

A few minutes later he drops the bombshell on me. I've been smiling ever sense. This is the best damned news I've gotten in this hobby in years.

Time to start saving up, y'all -- the amount of money I plan on pumping into this is going to be pornographic.

Don't forget another key thing in the advance notice. I don't think GW has ever announced something this far in advance, that shows they've finally taken it seriously. It'll be great to see things as they're coming - I'll be waiting for the first model picture of course
