STTAB
Dark Talons stasis bombs cause mortal wounds in the movement phase. The corvus Black Star has something similar but not as good. I find this very cool to cause wounds in movement and see a few tactical uses. Does the game, and specifically the imperium have anything else that can wound in the movement phase? Tyriks
Necron Deathmarks can deep strike in response to another unit being set up and can immediately shoot at that unit, which is usually in the movement phase (could occur in the psychic phase after a power like Gate of Eternity is used). Not great damage output, but can cause Mortal Wounds. STTAB
Deathwing terminators have a stratagem that allows them to shoot immediately after deploying. Interestingly auspex scan also says immediately but I read it that the deathwing would get to fire first then auspex scan fire. STTAB
I'm going fast and deepstrikey. The biggest hard counter is lots of screening so I'm wondering if you can smash a hole in a screen turn 1 during or before the end of the movement phase so your chaps can drop deeper. A few more I've found; Sisters with act of faith can shoot at the start of the movement phase. Sly Marbo has his lethal ambush options. Jolemai
Anything that is equipped with bombs - so Marauders and Thunderhawks come to mind. Then there's the Auspex stratagem and Corteaz's ability (Spy Network). STTAB
The Marauder doesn't have the supersonic up to 90 degree pivot rule but had a minimum move of 20". Weird.
