Halandaar
Almost nothing that's released these days isn't plastic (aside from the occasional standalone model like Eisenhorn), I think it's just a matter of what will get converted and what will be left behind. IMO, it's not anywhere near as important to move special characters into plastic as it is to move squads or even generic characters (like the aforementioned Techmarine). The range with the biggest problem is Craftworld Eldar, by an absolute mile. 6 aspect units that are entirely finecast, another (Shining Spears) which uses both old the jetbike kits and finecast upgrade parts, and Rangers are finecast too. Even an absolute staple of the army which you'd potentially want multiples of, the foot Warlock, is only available in either Finecast or metal. This is to say nothing of all the Phoenix Lords and even the Avatar of Khaine which all date back to 2nd edition. Honestly, this is the entire reason I've never done a full Craftworld army; there is simply too much that's outdated or cast in a notoriously flaw-ridden material. Aramis K
My guess is we won't ever see plastic aspect warriors. A new plastic Ynarri range next year and the Khaineites fade away. I'd like some more plastic alien micro-factions. Tau fwends or whatever. sarabando
Plastic warp spiders based on this artwork would make me dust off my eldar in a second.
