There's one baron who bears honours granted by Logan Grimnir, among other and another who is oathsworn to Krom Dragongaze. A bunch of unnamed houses and knights from Alaric Prime, including freeblades, fought alongside Ragnar Blackmane. Other than that, you could perhaps look at knight houses who have fought in some of the same campaigns as the SW. Houses Krast and Terryn both fought at Cadia. House Ærthegn always felt like they could fit well with 30k wolves in temperament and culture but most of them sided with Horus and fled "beyond the bounds of Imperial vengeance" (into the Eye? into the outer dark past imperial space?). Some though sided with the loyalists for their own reasons so maybe you could have a small surviving branch of the house with an assumed identity?
